Information we receive
When you use our contact or quote form, we may receive your name, company, e-mail, phone number, website, message and the choices you have made in the service configurator.
Purpose and basis of treatment
The information is used to answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and follow up on a possible or existing customer agreement. The processing takes place in order to take action on your request before a possible agreement and based on Maqeto's legitimate interest in handling relevant business inquiries.
Storage and receivers
Inquiries are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer relevant for the purpose, unless documentation must be kept according to applicable legislation. Simply.com is used for hosting and e-mail. Maqeto's own consent solution, Maqeto Consent, manages cookie choices and stores minimized consent receipts on Simply.com for up to 13 months.
Statistics after consent
Google Analytics 4 will only be loaded if you accept the Statistics category. We use the service to understand the use of maqeto.com and selected actions, but do not send the personal data you enter in forms to Google Analytics. Google receives statistical data as a provider of the service. Storage of user and event data is set to 14 months. You can change or withdraw consent via "Cookie selection" at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can contact us to obtain insight, correction or deletion of your information, object to the processing or ask for restriction. You can also complain to the Data Protection Authority via datatilsynet.dk.
